Marinated Feta Cheese

Spend time with your guests. Make these the day before your party. Colorful and delicious.
  • 1 pound Feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of Italian Vinaigrette
  • 1½ teaspoon of finely chopped fennel
  • 1½ teaspoon of finely chopped rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • Party toothpicks
  1. Cut cheese into 1 inch cubes
  2. In small bowl mix the remaining ingredients
  3. Add cheese cubes and mix lightly
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour
Best if refrigerated for 12 hours May replace feta cheese with mozzarella Serve with a variety of crackers or bread chunks
