Great snack while watching football games! Grab a beer, put up your feet and start snacking.
  • 1½ pounds thinly sliced good quality bacon
  • 1½ cups of brown sugar
  1. Spread brown sugar on a platter
  2. Lay bacon slices out on brown sugar until it adheres to bacon
  3. Turn bacon over until this side is also coated with brown sugar
  4. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil
  5. Arrange in a single layer on broiler pan
  6. Bake until the bacon is crisp and bubbly
  7. Remove from boiler and place on paper towels to drain and cool
